MADFIRE™ Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty

MADFIRE™ warrants that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use and service.

Unless otherwise stated, all MADFIRE products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of retail purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

T-LASER Warranty Coverage

The T-LASER is covered for the earlier of:

• One (1) year from the original date of purchase; or

• 6,000 laser activations,

whichever occurs first.

Extended Warranty

Register your T-LASER within 30 days of purchase to extend your warranty coverage by an additional 12 months, for a total of 2 years.

T-TRIGGER Warranty Coverage

The T-TRIGGER is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Extended Warranty

Register your T-TRIGGER within 30 days of purchase to extend your warranty coverage for up to 10 years from the original purchase date.

Extended warranty coverage is available only to individual consumer purchases and does not apply to military, law enforcement, government agencies, commercial, institutional, or OEM purchases.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal intended use of the product.

If a covered defect occurs during the applicable warranty period, MADFIRE may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product;

• Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product; or

• Refund the original purchase price.

Warranty Service

If you purchased your product directly from MADFIRE, please contact us at support@madfire.co for warranty assistance.

If your product was purchased from an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, you should contact the original seller first. The seller will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, coordinate directly with MADFIRE regarding your warranty claim.

If a replacement product is approved under warranty, replacement shipments are available only to addresses within the United States.

Any international shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the authorized dealer or distributor.

MADFIRE is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional shipping costs outside the United States.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage

• Batteries and consumable components

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidental damage

• Improper installation or failure to follow the User Manual

• Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly

• Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to excessive heat, moisture, solvents, chemicals, or corrosive environments

• Products with altered, removed, or illegible identification markings

• Damage resulting from use other than the product's intended purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MADFIRE's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

MADFIRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damage to firearms, loss of use, lost profits, or personal injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

Firearm Safety

Firearms are inherently dangerous and must always be handled responsibly.

Always verify that your firearm is completely unloaded before installing, removing, or using any MADFIRE product.

Remove all live ammunition from the training area before beginning any dry-fire practice.

Failure to follow basic firearm safety rules may result in serious injury or death.

Warranty Registration

Register your product within 30 days of purchase to receive your extended warranty benefits.

Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.
