1. Limited Warranty Overview

 

MADFIRE™ provides a limited warranty that the T-LASER and T-TRIGGER products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms listed below. This warranty applies worldwide and to the original purchaser only.

2. T-LASER Warranty Coverage

 

The T-LASER is covered for the earlier of:

 

• One (1) year from the date of purchase, or 

• 6,000 laser activations (“shots”), whichever occurs first.

 

Extended Warranty (Registration Required)

 

Customers who register their T-LASER within 30 days of purchase receive an additional twelve (12) months of warranty coverage, for a total of two (2) years of warranty coverage, subject to the same terms and conditions.

3. T-TRIGGER Warranty Coverage

 

The T-TRIGGER is covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

 

Extended Warranty (Registration Required)

 

Customers who register their product may receive an extended warranty of up to ten (10) years from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

4. Global Warranty & Replacement Shipping

 

MADFIRE™ provides warranty service to customers worldwide.

 

If the product was purchased from an authorized reseller, the customer should contact the reseller first. MADFIRE™ will work with the reseller to evaluate the issue and determine whether repair or replacement is appropriate.

 

If a replacement unit is approved, MADFIRE™ may:

 

1. Ship the replacement to the authorized distributor serving the customer’s region, or 

2. Ship the replacement to an address within the United States.

 

Shipping directly to an international residential address is not guaranteed, and customers outside the United States may need to coordinate delivery through their local distributor.

 

MADFIRE™ is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or shipping delays outside the United States.

5. Warranty Limitations

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

• Misuse, abuse, or negligent handling 

• Improper installation or failure to follow user instructions 

• Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly 

• Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, oils, or moisture 

• Natural disasters or environmental damage 

• Products with altered or removed identification markings 

• Normal wear and tear

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADFIRE™’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

 

MADFIRE™ shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damage to firearms or injury resulting from improper use.

7. Firearm Safety Statement

 

Firearms are inherently dangerous and may cause serious injury or death.

 

Users must follow all firearm safety rules at all times.

 

MADFIRE™ assumes no responsibility for injury, death, or property damage resulting from misuse of the product or unsafe firearm handling.
